Meet Bob -

Bob was born in Michigan and moved to California at the age of 7. He grew up in So Cal and when he turned 17, decided to join the Marine Corps. His battalion was sent to Cuba and the rest of his time in the Corps was able to travel to Okinawa, Japan, Philippines, China and S. Korea. After leaving the service, Bob had a few various jobs before ending up at a company where he met his future wife. They have been married 56 years and have 6 kids, 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren (so far!) Besides family time, Bob enjoys traveling and used to be into photography. His favorite food is Mexican food.
Over 10 years ago when Bob's wife's church started helping at the food bank, he came along with the working party and at that time, asked if they needed any volunteer truck drivers. The rest is history. Bob is an amazing volunteer and an even better person. He's very genuine and easy to get along with. He spends most of his time on the road when he volunteers, but if you get the chance, say hi!
