Please read below to stay up to date on everything happening at Feeding the Foothills!
We are finding that emails are not being sent to the volunteer inbox. We have been instructed by galaxy to let our volunteers know the following:

• Search the inbox for Placer Food Bank or Feeding the Foothills. (it may be auto-sorted).
• Add galaxydigital.com, amazonses.com, volunteer@placerfoodbank.org to safe senders.
• If the recipient has a “Previous SpamReport” or “Previous Bounce,” the system may skip sending until that record is cleared. 

This issue has been happening since their big update last month. Staff is seeing the same issue with volunteer group request forms as well. We are actively working on a fix and appreciate your patience.
