Hello!

As of June 1, 2026, we have realized that there may be an issue with volunteers receiving emails from our system. Please go into "Edit Profile" and select "Manage My Preferences" for your Email Preferences. Unselect all and then reselect the notifications that you would like to receive. 

This should fix any issues that you are currently having.
